# Reportar Bug

* Cada usuario puede convertirse en vigía del buen funcionamiento del sistema.
* Cualquier falla operativa reportada oportunamente, además de ayudar a mejorar la plataforma, generará una compensación en **Bigcoin** en función de la magnitud del bug*.*
* El tiempo requerido en solucionar dichas fallas es variable, es por ello que al recibir el informe de error*,* será revisado de inmediato y referido al equipo competente para su solución.
